1. Are sales tax applied?
   • All sales tax is applied where applicable.
2. What are your payment options?
   • Kalouré Boutique accepts all forms of payment with the exclusion of checks.
3. Can I use promo codes on already discounted items?
   • Unfortunately, we are unable to combine promo codes with already discounted items.
4. When will I receive my confirmation email?
   • Confirmation emails will be sent out within 24 to 48 hours please allow processing time for your order.
5. How long does it take for my order to ship?
   • Orders place within the business work week will typically ship within 4 to 6 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day after processing.
6. Can I pick up my order?
   • Orders place in the greater Nashville area can be delivered after processing.
7. How are your products manufactured?
   • All of Kalouré’s products are homemade and cruelty free from my home to yours.
8. How do I return or exchange a product that I’ve purchased?
   • All sales are final due to the fact all our products are homemade and we are unable to accepts exchanges or returns.
9. How often are the items restocked?
   • We make all orders to order to ensure that our customers receive top quality items.
10. Do you have a storefront?
    • No, currently we are only an online boutique but are goal for Kalouré is to be a global boutique with a great number of storefronts.
